Terms of Service

The legal agreement that governs the relationship between PhotoXoop and its clients is described in this Terms of Service document. You accept the terms and conditions listed here by using PhotoXoop’s services. Between you (the customer) and the service provider (PhotoXoop), this agreement functions as a legally enforceable contract. Before continuing, you must carefully read every section of this document. The contract will end if any of these conditions are broken, and you will be held fully liable for any infractions. PhotoXoop shall not be responsible for any disputes that result from these violations.

Please note the following:

1. Services Provided by PhotoXoop.

Professional photo editing services using Adobe Photoshop and cutting-edge graphic design tools and techniques are the speciality of PhotoXoop. Picture retouching, Jewelry retouching, Real estate picture editing, eCommerce photo editing, Ghost mannequin effects, Photo cutouts, Creative graphic design, Video editing, and Photography are just a few of the many services we offer.

2. Free Trial.

For those who require post-processing for a few or many photos, we provide a free trial. Across all of our services, you can test the first image for free.

Photo retouching, Jewelry retouching, skin retouching, background removal, clipping path, recolouring, image masking, and other basic Package retouching capabilities are all included in the free trial. Please be aware that the free trial does not provide sophisticated instructions or premium editing services. Please get in touch with us directly for bulk photos or complicated tasks.

Enter your full name, email address, phone number, country, the service you need (such as Jewelry retouching, photo retouching, real estate photo editing, eCommerce photo editing, the number of images in the project, and the instructions to receive the free trial. We will start processing your photograph for the free trial as soon as your information is confirmed.

 

3. Image Submission Terms.

We follow certain guidelines for image submissions to guarantee high-quality service. By uploading photos, you consent to “NOT” sending or uploading any of the following content via our services:

We provide a backup image for one month. Any data lost after this time cannot be ascribed to PhotoXoop, and we are not liable for any erased data.

You shall be held fully liable for any photos or content you post that infringe upon copyright, cause injury, or generate complaints. You will be responsible for compensating us for any losses, damages, or legal proceedings brought about by content violations, and PhotoXoop will not be held responsible for any claims stemming from such submissions.

We reserve the right, in the event of a copyright claim, to prevent the contested photos from being viewed or shown until the matter is settled. If a client is linked to any illegal behavior, we will give law police the information they need.

4. Revision/Redo Policy

After you download your photos, you have seven (7) days to request additional edits. After this time, revisions cannot be requested.

The original instructions you received when placing your order must be followed by any revisions. Requests that don’t follow the original guidelines will be handled as a new order.

The initial editing instructions shouldn’t be contradicted by revisions. A change will be regarded as a new order if it contradicts the original instructions.

Only photos supplied in JPG, PNG, or JPEG formats without layers are eligible for a redo if you are unhappy with the finished product.

For requests for bulk revisions, please get in touch with us right away. Based on the original instructions, we will only make minor changes or improvements to your order.

Requests for major modifications or additional instructions will be handled as separate orders and shown appropriately on your invoice.

5. Refund Policy.

If you are unhappy with our work and can give a valid reason, you will receive a 100% refund. You can request a partial refund if you’re not quite happy. However, the maximum reimbursement amount will be restricted to 30% if you request the picture raw files (such as.psd or.tif).
